RudraYamala is the sacred Tantrik union of Rudra and his Shakti, the primordial embrace in which the masculine and feminine principles of the cosmos recognise themselves as inseparable. The Rudrayamala Tantra is among the most revered of the Tantrik scriptures, revealing the secret doctrines of Kaula practice through the dialogue of Shiva and Shakti, where the goddess herself becomes the vessel of supreme knowledge and Rudra the eternal witness of her power. In this union, Prakasha and Vimarsha, the light of pure consciousness and the self-reflective awareness that knows it, are shown to be not two but one reality appearing as two for the joy of their own reunion.
